Click & Collect is a completely free service.

You have 14 days to collect your order. Any order not collected in this timeframe will be cancelled.

If you cannot collect your order within 14 days you can reach out to our Customer Care team via Live Chat 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday AEST to request an extension.

Click and collect is not available for some items as they may not be available in all stores or your preferred store may not currently have stock available of your chosen item.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed with Click & Collect we are unable to change or cancel that order.

We offer an exchange, Gift Card or refund (full price styles) for any Click & Collect purchase returned within 30 days of pick up.
