Can I use my Gift Card online?
We offer a Lorna Jane Gift Card that can be purchased and used online at www.lornajane.com. The Gift Card can be of any value between $20 and $500 USD. Please note the maximum value that can be purchased online is $300 USD. Please contact our Customer Care teams via Live Chat if you wish to purchase above $300.
I purchased an electronic Gift Card but I haven’t received it?
If you have selected a Digital Gift Card this can take up to 24 hours to be emailed through to the chosen recipient email. If you have not received your Digital Gift Card after 24 hours we recommend checking your junk/spam folder before reaching out to our Customer Care team via Live Chat with your order number further assistance. Digital Gift Cards are not physically posted to the specified ‘Shipping Address’.
